C.O.S.I. Trip #2

We went to C.O.S.I. again today!! Sophie had so much fun playing there!! I had to drag her away kicking and screaming to lunch after two hours of playing!!! We ate lunch then Sophie and Jamison went back fo more! We were there until after two, Sophie barely acted like she was tired, she just didn't want to stop playing. Lily had lots of fun playing in water, so cute!!! We love Uncle Altan, Aunt Atlanta and Jamison . . . Can't wait to go back :)

Breakfast

Lily got up first today. Of course, Sophie woke up while I was feeding Lily her oatmeal. I put the oatmeal on the table, went upstairs and got Sophie. I was out in the kitchen getting Sophie's milk and cereal. This is what I found when I came back in the living room with Sophie's stuff. Did I save Lily??? Oh no, I grabbed the camera and started taping :)

Sophie and Lily's Outdoor getaway!!

The swingset isn't quite finished, but when it is, I will get better pics of it. As you can see, Lily is just thrilled :) Thank you Daddy and Papaw!! They braved the cold, wind and rain!!! We really appreciate it!!! I worked the night before so I was sleeping, not a bad deal, huh?

Sorry for the foggy pics, it got a steamy in the tub!! Not as much fun as it looks!!! Buddy jumped out three times with soap all over him. He ran down the stairs once, I had to close the door!!! I had water all over the bathroom floor!! Sophie had fun though and the good news is Buddy doesn't smell like a foot anymore :)

Lily's 4 mo visit

15 lbs. 14oz. 80th percentile and 26 inches long 100th percentile!!! I told you she was my big girl!!! Dr. Emily said "She's the size of a 6 mo old!!!" I always wanted a squishy, chubby baby!!! Looks like I got one :)

Yes, I know I said I wasn't going to do it!! I struggled with it!! But, it just didn't feel right that Sophie has hers done and Lily didn't, plus, Mimi got her some screw back earrings. So, all the problems I had with Sophie trying to take hers out shouldn't happen this time!! I think they look real cute!! I am glad I did it :) P.S. I tried to get a good pic of both ears, but my little chunky monkey's cheeks are too big!!! She goes to the Dr. on Wednesday and I am dying to see what percentle she is in!

We went on Saturday. Sophie got a gift certificate for her birthday (Thanks Jay and Jessica)!!! She didn't quite get it, but she did have lots of fun!! I tried to get her to pick out something more girly, but this is the one she wanted!! It does have a pink collar though!! She loves her "puppy" - that is his name apparently! I don't think she has let it out of her sight since she made him!!!

We had a nice day here a couple of days ago and we all went outside to play! Lily didn't love the swing and got cold fast so she had to come back in. Sophie is always happy to be outside. Plus, our neighbors had their horses out and they let Sophie see them. She loved that!! It was almost like she forgot about them since last summer!!

People have been asking me for these!! She did good yesterday, she listened about half the time!!! Usually I am running all over the gym trying to catch her! I say "Sophie, We are going to Gymnastics today" She says "PLAY!!!" She does not quite get that she has to follow the directions. She does have lots of fun and she loves her instructor Jen! We are going to do one more session until about the beginning of June and then we will take the summer off and start back up in the fall :)

We are so glad to finally see Lily come into herself over about the last week or so. She has been quite happy!! I am not going to lie, the last 3-4 months have been very hard on us. Between Lily's reflux, her just plain not being the happiest baby and her not liking to sleep, smiley moments have been few and far between! I think (hope) we are past the hardest of it. We love her and her pretty smile :) Now, lets keep it up!!!

I took this the day after Easter, before we put the baskets away!!! Curly is our Indoor/Outdoor kitty (mainly outdoor), she is restricted to the house right now and not loving it!! She hurt her feet somehow outside and has been limping around. We think she got caught in something, because it is all four feet, poor thing :(
